Starting Spells: Flames, Healing, Conjure Familiar. Favored Skills: +10 Conjuration, +5 Illusion, Restoration, Speech,. Underwater Breathing means you don’t ever have to worry about drowning damage while searching for sunken treasure. Resist disease reduces the chance of getting a disease from an animal or trap. 
You can keep attacking enemies while this Power does its work, no focus required. It can bring your character back from the bring death. Histskin is one of the best abilities to have in Skyrim.
Racial Abilities: 50% Disease Resistance, Underwater Breathing. Racial Power: Histskin: You regenerate health 1 Ox foster for 60. Favored Skills: +10 Lockpicking, +5 Pickpocket, Sneak, Light Armor, Alteration, Restoration. The tone and color of some dialogue change depending on your race. Orcs are welcomed in the Orc Strongholds while other races must prove themselves. But these differences in gameplay are quite minor, for example, when infiltrating the Thalmor Embassy dressed in the High Elf faction robes, you will find it easier to sneak around undetected compared to other races. At that point the only thing you're missing out on is the stealth role ability, but honestly it's uneeded as you won't be rushing in with a dagger in the first place.Choosing the best Skyrim race depends on what type of gameplay you want in The Elder Scrolls V. Enchant your own muffle boots (which will have 100% muffle regardless of your enchanting level or soul gem) and then the "Muffled Movement" and "Silence" perks become useless. 
You can just rush for sneak archery and ignore the rest of the tree. Max out archery, use a sword and shield if you feel like some melee (I recommend the Shield of Solitude dat magic resist) Sneak attack when possible. Have fun standing in front of dragon breath and laughing like some mad god. Thankfully the Atronach Stone lets you absorb 50% of that and Bretons have 25% magic resist. Spell casters move a lot and can cast spells that destroy you regardless of armor. Useful Shouts: Slow Time, Elemental Fury, Unrelenting Force Secondary Skills: Block, Sneak, One-handed Main Skills: Archery, Light Armor (plus your preferred crafting skills)
